At DMR, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all eligible fashion items. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original designer tags and labels are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it firmly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed by our warehouse team.
